1. Free Shipping on all orders.

2. Order Processing
At Dichotomy, we’re committed to getting your orders processed and on their way to you as quickly as possible! Place your order by 2:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, and we’ll process it the same day. If your order arrives later or on a Sunday or holiday, don’t worry—it’ll be at the top of our list on the next business day.

3. Delivery Locations within India
We’re thrilled to deliver to all major cities across India using trusted courier partners, and we proudly serve most smaller cities and towns. For some remote areas, delivery might not be possible due to the limitations of courier partners, but we’re constantly working to expand our reach. Our goal is to shorten delivery times so you get your order sooner, and we’ll keep you posted as we grow!

4. Delivery Time
Once you place an order, we aim to dispatch your items from the nearest warehouse within 1-3 business days, depending on product availability. Then, your package will be on its way to you, with delivery typically taking an additional 1-4 business days (excluding the dispatch day). Although for most locations(within India) it takes us no more than 3 days to deliver.

5. Special Delivery Considerations
Certain items may take extra time if couriers have specific restrictions, or they may need to be cancelled in rare cases. Our team will keep you informed of any changes to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
